"Back in March, we had the opportunity to use your services for my father-in-law’s move from an apartment to assisted living and a storage unit. Vikki lined me up with an appointment with Greg, who I immediately clicked with, as did my father-in-law. Greg has walked in our shoes himself, and really knows the ins and outs of what the possibilities are. We explained what we were doing and Greg totally thought outside of the box and came up with a terrific solution. 2 trucks, 4 guys - we pack the stuff to go to assisted living in the first truck and send it on it’s way. Pack the stuff for the storage unit and send it on it’s way. — probably a totally obvious solution in your business, but it was nowhere on my radar… and it was BRILLIANT! After working with Greg on a plan, we were able to calm down a ton of the stress on my Father-in-Law, and the workload on all of the family members. When the move team arrived, Sean, Bret, Jesse, and Helaman, hit the ground running! They packed everything, SECURELY and fast.. we could see right away, the best thing for us was to be out of the way, but available if there were questions. The entire team was professional, easy to talk to, and focused… and wow, hard workers! The whole day went so smoothly. By dinner time that night, my in laws were able to sit in their easy chairs and watch TV. I can’t thank you all enough for the excellent work Greg and each of the guys did in making this move a success and reducing the stress tremendously for all of our family. Thanks so much!"
